The strategies are the easy part.
Doing it alone is what's hard. Roster gives you 20 classroom strategies that shift the thinking back to your students, released one month at a time, plus a room full of teachers trying the same thing at the same time.
Join Roster $20/month or $200/year. Founding members save $50 through September 15.Teaching is strangely lonely work.
You spend all day surrounded by people and still end up closing your door and figuring it out alone.
The workshop was good. The strategy made sense in the room. Then Monday came, you tried it fourth period, it went sideways, and there was nobody to ask why.
That's the gap Roster fills. Not more content. Company.
Everything you need to actually do it.
Not a library you'll never open. A month of work at a time, with people to do it alongside.
20 strategies, one month at a time
Two anchor strategies per month, released a month before you'll use them so you have time to plan. Nothing you've unlocked ever goes away.
Video walkthroughs
Short and practical, focused on the one move that makes or breaks the strategy. Not a lecture. The thing you actually need to see.
Quick guides and downloads
Step-by-step implementation, templates, and the troubleshooting that only comes from strategies failing in real rooms.
Elementary and secondary tracks
K–5 and 6–12 get their own implementation guidance. A kindergarten teacher shouldn't be reading about syllabus scavenger hunts.
A community that shows up
Popcorn Discussion for thinking out loud. Share Your Wins for the days it works. Separate spaces for coaches and administrators.
Track your own growth
Self-checks before and after each strategy, feeding a dashboard that shows how your confidence has moved across the year.
A foundation built month by month.
The order is intentional. Community in Month 1 creates the safety students need to ask questions in Month 2, and those questions become the foundation for everything after.

Joining mid-year? You get everything unlocked to that point, immediately. The Welcome space points you to a start-here path so you're not staring at fourteen strategies wondering where to begin.
Turn the work into graduate credit.
Roster participants can enroll in Foundational Framework: Effective Classroom Strategies through the University of San Diego.
Credits are widely accepted by school districts for license renewal, professional development hours, and salary advancement. The reflection you're already doing becomes documented professional learning.
Enrollment: Aug 1 – Jan 15
What teachers say.
Participation is way up. The students like having multiple ways to respond to content, and they're more self-sufficient, taking ownership over their learning. Teacher, Partner School
I like the habit of reflecting on strategies. I haven't done that since Induction. This would be very helpful for new teachers, especially years 1–3. Teacher, Partner School
Students have said they feel more prepared for AP classes next year. They're becoming more academically confident. Teacher, Partner School
From teachers using these strategies in ARC Model partner schools.

Roster is the teacher-facing version of The ARC Model, the schoolwide PD system already running in partner schools. Same strategies, same research, same year-long arc. The difference is you don't need your district to sign a contract to get access.

Before you join.
Is this only for teachers?
No. Instructional coaches and administrators get their own spaces, plus everything teachers get.
What if I join in January?
You get everything unlocked to that point, immediately. The Welcome space has a start-here path so you're not staring at fourteen strategies wondering where to begin.
What grade levels is this for?
K–12. Elementary and secondary get separate implementation guidance for every strategy.
How much time does this take?
As much or as little as you want. One strategy a month, tried once, is a legitimate way to use Roster.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual plans aren't refunded for the unused portion.
Is the USD credit required?
No. It's optional, costs extra, and goes through USD directly.
Do I need my school to pay for this?
No. Roster is built for individual teachers paying out of pocket.
Your students are capable of harder thinking than you're asking them to do.
Let's make that the year.
