Give your new teachers (Year 1 - Year 3) targeted support from an experienced instructional coach. Teachers will learn the 5 Essentials for a successful lesson plan, how to build relationships with students, the basics of building routines in the classroom, how to scaffold and differentiated for their student population, and how to utilize student assessments as data to track student growth. Reflection will be a big part of the coaching course.
