10-Week New Teacher Coaching Course

Give your teachers targeted support from an experienced instructional coach that is self-paced, and specified to match their grade level. Teachers will learn the 5 Essentials for a successful lesson plan, how to build relationships with students and how that supports strong classroom management, building routines in the classroom, how to scaffold and differentiated for their student population, and how to utilize student assessments as data to track student growth. Reflection will be a big part of the coaching course.
