In the second year, educators will focus on refining the foundational strategies introduced in Year 1, deepening their practice through the lenses of rigor and engagement. This phase emphasizes critically analyzing lessons to identify opportunities for enhancement and tailoring strategies to align with desired standards-based student outcomes. Teachers will strategically incorporate advanced techniques to elevate delivery while fostering the specific skills their students need to succeed.

In their final year of Your Classroom Academy, educators will synthesize all they have learned, designing cohesive units and lessons that shift the cognitive load to students. With inquiry and collaboration at the heart of daily classroom experiences, teachers will create learning environments where students actively engage in critical thinking, problem-solving, and meaningful dialogue, fostering deeper understanding and independence.
